Responsibilities : Sales Director Life sciences

  • Expand and manage local sales team in Europe;
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting distributor relationships;
  • Partner with distributors to understand their business needs and objectives;
  • Create new sales leads and develop new distribution channels to expand customer base;
  • Feedback and analyze market information, customer demands, product requests, and competition information;
  • Provide management with weekly sales report updating sales progress;
  • Perform other sales works assigned by management to meet business challenges;
  • Organize to host customer visits and coordinate to attend trade shows same but bit different same but with different words and compact.

Requirements : Sales Director Life sciences

  • Educational Background
    A degree in life sciences (chemistry, biology, cytology, genetics, etc.) or business is preferred.

  • Proven Sales Experience
    Strong track record in selling life science products and managing distributor networks across Europe.

  • Leadership and Sales Expertise
    Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and developing client-centric, innovative, and practical solutions.

  • Language Proficiency
    Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of German or French is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Commercial and Communication Skills
    Excellent commercial acumen with strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.

  • Self-Starter with a Positive Attitude
    Capable of working independently with a proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.

  • Willingness to Travel
    Must be open to domestic and international travel within the assigned sales region.

The Offer : Sales Director Life sciences

  • The expected salary for this role is approximately €100,000 per year.
  • 24 vacation days;
  • Travel allowance;
  • Holiday allowance;
  • Sales bonus (2% of the sales amount of the newly developed customers purchase) ;
  • 50% health insurance coverage.
